Hey, saw other people with same problem as me. I pull the trigger and it rapidly fires on its own without my finger on trigger anymore, i have r/t but it isnt the problem. Why? because i took off r/t and still had problem. anyways, ive seen two topics stating that replacing the hammer will fix it. Please someone tell me what and where it is on a 98 custom. please send pictures or indicate where it is. Im so stressed out, i just bought it and now its messed up. Im so sad. please help, hammer of 98c, pics will help so much. thank you all, and PAINT ON!

What is circled is the hammer or rear bolt (same thing). Check your sear
and sear spring while you are at it. Make sure that the sear spring is the one that came with the response.  Edited by FarSeer - 20 May 2006 at 11:31am |
