well first off you dont really need a halo b for the r/t, and egg would siut you just fine and is cheaper then the halo. Regardless of which hopper decide to buy, get it before the r/t so as soon as you get the r/t you can go and play and not have to worry about chopping due to a slow hopper.

I agree get a hopper first! I like the cyclone feed cause they are wheater proff and you can get them feeding 22 and 23 bps with upgrades. So they are fast enough for the rt and even super rt (if you install a QEV) and cheaper than a halo b, but whatever you want.

^I dont know if that'll save you any money in the long run. I'd reccomend an Eggy or cyclone. Both can keep up with the RT and both are cheaper than a Halo B. |

Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

And there are four zillion different parts. And I have never seen the main gear assembly for sale. Well, Bradys has it, but I think it's out of stock. Honestly I'd go for just buying the Halo. An RT shouldn't ever outshoot it, but if you ever upgrade guns you will be glad you spent the extra pennies on the Halo. Cyclones are nice too, but obviously they wont work if you ever upgrade. Eggs just plain suck. The feedrate is weak considering their cost, the plastic sucks, and overall they are just not good hoppers. |

You should also consider getting a regulator like a Palmers Stabalizer
(male) or CP or Bob Long reg. Since your rate of fire (rof) will
increase with the r/t it is best to regulate the pressure entering your
markers internals. It will help with consistancy, accuracy and a slight
increase in effenciency, maybee 20-30 more shots per tank depending on
size and other variables.

Interesting, because I have heard the exact same thing about eggs. Not to mention the lids and battery doors snap off easily. ALWAYS buy supporting mods before getting upgrades like that. You need a regulator and a hopper, no questions asked. |

My Halo shells are coming up on two years old, no cracks and no fuss. My buddies egg shells lasted about eight months; at that time the battery door snapped off and was held together by electrical tape. I wonder why seeing that black tape wrapped around the battery compartment is such a common sight? A couple months later the feed door completely snapped off when he tried to reload. He threw that piece of crap in the trash and bought a Halo. No problems since. I'm not calling you a liar, but Halos are not known to be fragile. |

No, all (well, almost all) HPA tanks come with a regulator on the tank. The regulator is screwed to the tank, and you screw the regulator into the gun. The regulator is what the fill nipple is on. This reg will regulate the pressure to 800-850 PSI, which is almost identical to CO2. |
