is there anyone who can help me figure out the hydrotest date on my crossfire tank?? i want to know if i can get it filled before i drive a ways to get it filled

DOT-E11194 means it is a 5 year tank provided the last hydro was after July(?) 2001 (yours is July 02). If it was last hydroed before 2001, it's a 3 year tank.

i have a pure energy tank that expires in 08, but where do i go to get it rehydroed? could i just go to scheels or **edited**'s sporting goods or something???

I'm pretty sure that a scuba shop is one of the few places to get a hydro test
done. |

Scuba shops are one place. On line a search under "Hydrostatic testing" will turn up several dozen hits. I sent mine to a place in Washington state that charged only $16, but shipping brought the cost to about the same as a local scuba shop. Some paintball stores have arrangements with testing facilities. |
