guys i just dusted off the old carbine hooked it up and fired it... it wont recock itself if any of you guys have had this problem before could you please help me out

i dont own a pro carbine but the problem sounds generic.....ill assume you used a full tank of air, did you check out the orings and make sure everything inside was still good and tight? if you havent used it in a while, you may have forgotten about the insides of it. it happens sometimes

Yeah, check your o-rings and make sure you're not missing any screws and that they are tight.

the power tube maybe? check the valve lock screws (im assuming P-Cs use valve lock screws).

The air hose holds the valve in place, and the velocity bolt holds the powertube in place. Remove both to totally strip everything out.
I wouldnt reccomend removing the air line unless you have a replacement air reduction fitting o-ring on hand. It goes between the brass part that threads into the reciever and takes the air line. That o-ring usually gets chewed up when you remove the fitting. Is the rear bolt area lubed up good? When you cock the gun can you feel any binding? For me one of the biggest sources of misfires and not recocking on carbine guns is the linkage arm. If it gets bent even the slightest bit, it rubs along the groove it sits in and can prevent the thing from recocking. |

its not lubed which i no i should have done but im goin to try that and
maybe doube check the o-rings again... and also i will check the
