Been said before. I would still rather squeegie. Of course I don't use a Tippmann anymore (So I don't have the flip open feedneck thingy. and I wouldn't like carrying an extra pod of stuff or a baggy around that I have to open and get something out of and then close and make sure it is closed. |

Just wondering if you have personally tried this becuase it would seem to me that the force of air would shread the cottom ball to pieces in to barrel and fill it with all that fuzz? But does the alcohol hold it together or something like that?

It's not a terrible idea but an even better one is not to break paint. For on the fly though it seems alright, on stock guns it would be perfect but useing a gun with vision myself I wouldn't want to try it.

Old, very very old, and it's easier to just use a squeegee

sometimes when my barrel is full of paint i just turn my gun upside-down (so the hopper dosnt feed any paintballs) then i shoot my gun 4-6 times to blow all the paint out.
i bet if you aimed it at your opponent it would hold him down, until you got done |

That used to be standard procedure for some people.
After a ball break, the player would hold the gun upside down and cover the porting of the barrel with his hand while firing a few shots. Then he would quickly move his hand form covering the porting to covering the front end of the barrel, and again, firing while upside a few times. The first action should add suction when using a ball to clean the barrel, and the second action should blow the excess paint from the porting holes. |

rubbing alcohol will cause the aluminum to corrode if you don't wash it off.
