No...it's not. You have to hammer. If you are trying to push it in.. dream on mate. Did you even read the instructions on the Tech T Website? You will need... Dental Pick, Hammer, Grease Lube, and a wire cutters.

Dental pick, like we all have one lying around - what on earth for? - use needlenose pliers for the pins, cut the spring as it says, use lithium/light grease. I have a small vice but I didn't use it, just used a small hammer and needle nose. It's one of the few aftermarket parts I've boughten that makes a noticable difference from stock parts, worth the $$ imo.

It was easier than I thought it would be. I didn't have needle-nose pliers, but managed to use a vice and a small hammer to get the pins in place. Remember to use a decent type of grease. I recommend a synthetic type with teflon. I haven't cut the spring yet. Holding off on that until I can tell for sure it is necessary in my situation.
