DM4/Hopper Problem

Alright so I was out today ripping my marker and for some reason my hopper (Halo B) would start blinking green and red and it looked like it was trying to move but was stuck? 
The broken dream gives rise to a new makeing. The threads of time, once served have begun to weave a new reality.

Red/green is the jam sequence. Lots of things could cause it.

Well I figured out that yes the problem is most definately my hopper. I'll most likely have to get a new one, mine is very old.

I'm sure it would be easier to diagnose the problem and fix it.
