Not sure if you remember what it used to look like, but this was just completed tonight just in time for a mil-sim game this weekend. I still have a bit of cleaning up to do, such as milling off the Tippmann name, but I think I'll leave the Custom 98 on there since it's still clean and unobstructed.

Very nice looking milsim. I like the look of the mag on there. I think you should mill off all the lettering, but that's just my $.02.

Wow! Very nicely done. Quite possibly the best 98-base M4 replica I have ever seen.
Milling off the lettering could be bypassed by just covering the letters with some flat-black paint. |

I thought about just spraying the lettering with Krylon and I might just have to do that in the meantime since the game is coming up.
Thanks for the feedback on the marker, I'm always looking to make it better. Besides, i'm not quite done. |

I'm working on putting together some pics of the parts taken apart. the original airsoft gun was a FIREPOWER F4D. Getting it to fit was pretty much the trickiest part.
