What's up with the seat? What are you, like 3 feet 9 inches tall? Or is that the way that all the "cool kids" are rolling these days?

That bike says "performance" all over it, looks like it would be fun.

Boy you dumb, I just looked at the welds, why on earth would you buy an aluminum bike? 4130 chromoly FTW
Steel takes the pounding and abuse better than aluminum. |

Aluminum frames are WAY lighter than steel frames. While you are right that steel takes shock better than aluminum, the aluminum frames built by good bike companies like Trek and Specialized are more than strong enough to handle everyday abuse that a mountain bike will get.

If I could justify spending that kind of cash on a bike, I would so fast. Have fun!

Steel frames seem to ride better as well. Ive ridden many aluminum and steel bikes. Most of the aluminum bikes I rode were cracked at the headtube. None of the steel bikes have had that problem. There is not much of a weight difference between steel and aluminum frames. The steel is stronger so they can make the tube walls thinner. The only time you really need a light bike is XC riding and riding on a 10 speed style race bike. |

I got a free car last night... fully working (early 90's honda I think) Not sure if i'm gona take it... would cost me $75 for licensing plus who knows how much to get the piece of crap in condition to be certified. Plus it sucks that my province requires you to buy insurance, tons of money there. |
