I just installed my Quick Exhaust Piston Housing for the Cyclone Loader on my A-5.  I haven't got a chance to use it yet.  Hopefully Sunday.  =)

I was just wondering if anyone has any feedback or experience with the part.  I'll be posting mine after Sunday.

Your going to love it! I have shot over 1500 rounds so far and it is awesome. I set my A.P.E board on X-Mode at 20bps
and it never skipped a shot, broke a ball or anything. Many others are having the same result's! The only bad result's so far are with guy's running LPK's on their guns. Also, I spoke with Todd at TECHT last week and he two has yet to have any negative feed back thus far. For more info on the Q.E.P.H also check www.a5ownersgroup.com. Again congratulations on your purchase. You really are going to be surprised at its performance.

TIPPY98ACT,

do you have to get the larger hose for the QEPH like you do with the QEV, or will the stock hose /banjoT work fine?

I haven't looked at this thing yet but I assume it's like the x7 housing. You can get QEV's with the 1/16th id barbs.

No, you don't need the larger banjo fittings or hoses. Todd told me he tested the X7 housing and he felt it was not even a comparison to the Q.E.P.H. Trust me when you fire it, you can put your hand over the Q.E.P.H and feel the air coming out after each cycle. He will be posting videos soon showing a Q.E.V, X7 housing, and the Q.E.P.H in action. For those looking to buy one, you will be able to purchase full production units at the end of the month. Check it out   Here! By the way, I shot another thousand rounds yesterday. Same results, no chops, breaks, or problems feeding. At 20bps!

Don't think I'll be gettin to use it today. =\

Wow I'm glad to hear how impressed you are with it.

Tippy you mentioned though that had issues when you combine the QEPH with the LPK. I was a little concerened because I had intentions of installing an LPK w/ Evil Detonator Regulator.

What kind of problems did they experience?

The Cyclone work's off pressure! If you take that away it will not function properly. Although I'm a firm believer that the guy's with the larger 1/8" hoses and fittings (Super R/T) are getting more flow of air to the Cyclone or even the R/T for that matter, they are not getting the full effect! I believe the smaller the hose and fittings, the more pressure supplied to the system. A Low pressure kit will totally destroy that theory. More pressure equals better results. Seeing how the engineers at Tippmann decided to use Co2, excess pressure, and 1/16" hoses for the base of mas-production units. I choose to do the same. Again, if you have question's about the Q.E.P.H look here. www.a5ownwersgroup.com. or call TechT.

Edit: Went and played again today, everybody looked to me for fire support when on the move. I shot over another thousand balls and still never skipped a beat! All I have to say this far is...thanks again Todd!

Lucky me I ended up playing after all.
QEPH +Vortex & Lightning rod mod was awesome.  Not 1 Broken ball after 1,000 shots.  I was impressed to see such a clean hopper & cyclone.  All that was there was some dust from the paint balls.

So You think if i put a 1/8 line from the gun to the cyclone/qeph that i shouldn't have a problem when using an LPK.

I don't know why I'm so intrigued by the LPK?
