Has anyone else had this Problem?
My Cyclone will be working fine and then it will start skipping shots and sometimes not work at all. It's very random, out of ten trigger pulls it may fire
once or twice or it might fire all ten times. I have noticed that if i point the gun down towards the ground it will work (maybe lets liquid co2 in therefor giving me more pressure?) then when i hold it level it stops again. This happens no matter how full my tanks is. Last saturday it worked all day w/o any problems, Today it would not work on a completly full tank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Second post down has a whole long list of things that could be wrong with it. If this doesn't help then go to your local pro-shop and ask for a hand. They should be able to fix itfor ya.

Yeah. I spent a while reading all the sticky stuff in the upgrade and new players section. It let me sort out a lot of questions quickly.

Me too, I've spent many hours here just reading and learning before i ever registered. I would know nothing about paintball if not for this forum.  Thanks for the help.

I smell ratchet.  When you point the gun down, fewer balls are putting pressure against the ratchet, allowing it function.

Check your ratchet for wear.

i had the same problem last week. my a5 is brand new and did that. i took it to tippmann and had them put a new cyclone on in about thirty seconds. The ratchet was faulty. i couldnt see that from taking it a part but the tippmann tech who looked at it stuck his finger in the cyclone and said that it was spinning the balls hard enough.  I know it might suck to ship her away but tippmann will get your gun fixed fast.
