Hi, Im a first time buyer of a PB gun, a Tippmann 98 Custom Kit,
but when I install the air supply cylinder there is no engagement bet. the adapter and the cylinder, I read the manual and apparently the pin valve is too short..is this a common issue? and what can be done about it? please help Edited by FuerteGFX - 22 June 2007 at 12:37am |

You could buy a new ASA (air source adapter). That used to be a problem with mine before. I just uncrewed the tank and put it back on and then it engaged like it should. But getting an on/off ASA would be a good idea.

put back on a few times and still not working. |

Of course it comes empty! Takes a lot of special permits to ship pressure cylinders that contain gasses (or gas in liquid form).
