I know there are a lot of people out there who are probably wondering this as well.  So my question is,  if I screw my velocity screw all the way in, on average how many turns out to get about 280-300fps.  If anybody knows or even has a close idea, could you let me know.  Thanks evryone.

This has been answered before, but, in the interest of safety, I will answer it again.  Due to marker variables such as spring tension, hammer friction and air source variances, plus environmental effects, there is no "magic number" of turns that guarantees a certain velocity.  The ONLY safe way to determine the velocity of a marker is to use a chronograph.  To attempt to set the velocity of a marker in any other manner is both dangerous and foolish.

Additionally, the velocity of a marker should be checked before every day of play even if using the exact same set-up that chronoed at an acceptable velocity the last time it was used.  If using CO2 in a situation where there could be significant temperature variances, the marker velocity should be checked even more often.

Go to a field and chrono. I am sure even if you don't play their, they will atleast let you get your gun down to a safe velocity.
