My Friend was wanting to get rid of his 98 Custom.. and i opted to take it to the local shop for him to sell it... well we decided to give it a facelift before we sent it off and heres what we came up with

Used to be a cammo deal.. was horribly aged..

we stripped it down using some "auto strip" from autzone. polished it with a wire brush to get the factory black off... needed some steel wool for perfection... but it was good enough... primered it with some rust preventative enamel primer... base coat of orange enamel engine coat... and the black is a caliper paint which has ceramic in it for heat dissipation and it creates a nice durable textured surface...

and this gun is good up to 1200 degrees F according to the engine enamel that was used... well the paint is atleast.

what do you think?

I would have done it different. But I screwed up the first time my way, but once I get bored enough, I'll fix my paint job.

custom paint adds to the cool factor of tippmanns.  However, anything else needs to be anno'd. 

Also, the gun looks very "hot".  pun intended.
