well i just got the jeff orr limited edition. not impressed. trigger has an extreme amount of side to side play, very large. The marker also seems to have trouble recocking at higer speeds, no matter the adjustments I make. It may be the solenoid, making an odd noise at hi speeds, also there already is a leak on which im trying to locate. brand new gun made and signed by jeff ore... now why is a limited edition item have problems.. i think this should be embarassing to jeff and bud...

trouble re-cocking at high speeds is probably an lpr issue, up the input pressure to the ram. If you have the operating pressure too low, the input ram adjustment won't make a difference as the main valve will draw too much of the flow-volume and pressure away from the pneumatics kit to give you a good recharge rate. As for the trigger, it's a freaking worrblade, what do you expect? grab some aluminum backed duct-tape and shim up the sides just like matrix owners do. Leaks on an AC can usually be fixed by adjusting the input pressures. Again, if the pressure is too-low and you haven't made any spring adjustments, you're not going to get valve seats or o-rings to sit properly. Not to mention the fact that if you just got it and gassed it up right out of the box, your regs haven't broken in and settled yet.
Seriously, what do you expect with an autococker? I mean, really! The thing that makes Autocockers great is the ability to fix crap like that. There are soooo many options out there for you to be able to work on that sucker and make it hum. They've NEVER come from the factory ready to sing man. Even back in the day when ACs were at their height, paying more than $300 for a stock AC was considered dumb seeing as how you had to take the base and build on it. When you hear stories of ACs selling for $1,000 new, they were the spit-and-polish KAPP, Pro-Team, Shocktech, or Freeflows man, not something that Orr turned out. Heck, the ONLY thing on mine that is from Orr is the body. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is after-market. Trust me, I'm not defending what I personally feel to be an overpriced one-off of the better half of the legacy, but your reviewing skills need a lot of refinement. im just mad that something like that works so poorly. i made my other cocker(freeflow) with all aftermarkets, i just didnt think a gun i made from parts would be beter than an orr creation. sort of like advertising a hrrible product and it ruins your name.

I see that the magazine ad says there will be lot's of 50 guns each month that will be unique to that lot. I wonder what he could do. If I were him I'd do macro line w/ quick disconnects for starters. Grips?
