Wouldn't that also include South America, which is predominately white? Thus making the thread title fail?

I really don't know what to say about this one, but to claim that every race is the same genetically is pretty silly. However, I'm pretty sure that given the right opportunities and education, that black people, white, people, people of Asian descent, etc. can be pretty much equal in terms of knowledge, ability to reason, etc.

edit- It all comes down to the debate about which is more important- genetics or environment.
