Draw it out on paper. Then find some hard plastic to cut the pieces out of. Use whatever you want to attach them.

kinda like "trial and error" really, use hard plastic or some sort of body metal, some times wood <- pick one that is easy for you to use.

Check out this section of the MCB armory forums:
http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/brass-eagle/ Carter was kind enough to start up a Brass Eagle section after BEOG.org got hacked and is permanently down. |

You can't.... You could try tapping some threads and putting a barrel on that way, but I doubt that the plastic would be strong enough to hold it.

it doesnt neccassarly need to be a actuall metal barrel. I was thinking about trying to match some pvc pipe to the right diameter and getting an adapter to connect the pvc and the old barrel do you think that would work.

PVC would make a good shroud cover to give a good effect.

You can mill the interior of a .688-.689 ID pvc pipe down to fit over the end of the existing barrel and then use set-screws to tension it down against the stock barrel. Modding a talon is very tough as the plastic (especially on a ghost) is very brittle and doesn't take well to modifications.

I certainly dont think the talon is a good gun by any means at all it was my first gun(my parents bought it for me for christmas a couple years back) but I figured since I had it I would try to make it look a little cooler anyway.
