Hmmm... tough call.
Out of the box, the A5 offers the big advantage of the Cyclone. Easily offset if you also purchase an agitating hopper for the 98. Either one would do you well. |

Also what will the price be on the platinum? If it jumbs it up much more I say A5 for sure. If not it depends on what you are looking for. I prefer the A5. I used to have a 98c but sold it to buy the A5 and I dont regret it one bit. In fact I am very glad I did b/c the A5 shoots more my style. really if you can try a 98 and an A5 go for it and then decide. Go with the one that feels better.

They are the same gun in a nutshell minus the cyclone. Go to a proshop and see which one feels more comfortable to you.
