A-5 mag questions

   Have had the A-5 for 2 years now and had it modified by dressing it up to a tactical type weapon. You know..stock,AR-15 foregrip,barrel..also installed the Trinity A-5 AK mag&expansion chamber. Everything was working great untill I upgraded again with a E-grip. Now I'm loosing air out of the top of the MAG. The internal parts of the mag look ok and so does the o-ring that fits to the main frame... but the mag now seems loose. Would new o-ring at top of mag fix this or is it something else? It will fire the three activation shots ok then all hell breaks loose.
