Tippmann 98 Response Trigger problem

Hi, I've got a problem with my Response Trigger. The pin doesn't go far enough, I feel the kick but it doesn't pull the trigger far enough. I tried endless tuning it with the Flow control. But it seems like it doesn't build enough pressure behind the pin. I searched it for leaks by putting it in water, but the only air that's escaping is in the cilinder where the pin is. When I turn the Flow Control screw all the way in, and put the pin against the trigger, it is still possible to pull.

When I turn the Flow Control screw all the way in, If by "all the way in" you mean turning it clockwise, that would decrease your rate of fire. Yes. I know, but I followed the manual and when you turn it al the way in the trigger should be harder or even unable to pull. After that I slowly turned it open (counter clockwise) while shooting and repeated this a couple of times. But I didn't get any response... and put the pin against the trigger, it is still possible to pull. It should still be possible to pull the trigger, just a bit more difficult.  (More pressure required on the trigger.) A complete description of your marker set up, including all upgrades and air source, would be very helpful.

Tippmann 98 custom ACT, CO2 20oz tank, Viewloader Evolution 3, stock barrel. (No Remote airhose)
