Hockey related...sorry...
Now I am in a debate with myself. Follow and go to Albany River Rats games, or the Binghamton Senators. I used to go to the Lincoln Stars games almost religiously, so I need to choose here, the AHL to me is a lot more fun and affordable than going down to NJ or NYC for the Devils or Rangers. http://www.albanyriverrats.com/# http://www.binghamtonsenators.com Edited by oldsoldier - 16 September 2009 at 7:36pm |

Still have my old Whalers jersey, I used to go to thier games instead of the NYC/NJ trip when I lived in Newburgh all those years ago.

QFT. You'd be in my backyard if you came down to Hartford. Someone my dad works with gets season tickets every year, so every now and again I get to go when they can't make it or whatever. I remember going to a few Whalers practices and games when I was only a few years old. Wish they never left... Another NHL team would be highly supported in CT. We all miss the Whalers. |
