I have been looking around the Tippmann forums and I did look at the thread about which mask is right for you, but, I was wondering what mask are right for glasses, my eyes aren't bad enough for contacts but I need my glasses to play paintball for a clear shot. So all you players that where glasses when you play paintball, what mask do you where,I have the Tippmann mask right now, I want to buy a new mask, but I do not know what I should get for my glasses?? I heard that the thermal mask are better for glasses but do they get hot??? and is there enough of room for the glasses???
All help is appreciated, Thanks |

I used to wear my glasses with my V-Force mask and they fit well. The only problem is that you lose a lot of your field of view with glasses on. I eventually decided to just get contacts that I use whenever I play paintball. Contacts also make it way more comfortable to play with a mask on.
Either way I recommend a V-Force mask. |

out of those two, I would suggest the JT one. JT frames seem a bit wider than invert/empire brand frames.
Although, I have used empire events for a few years and I have rather large framed glasses and they've been fine. If you can, try to get to a pro-shop and try both on and see what fits best. |
