Seriously?
We always wrap the bird up. Puts a little more moisture into the meat and it makes it taste like bacon :D. Don't skimp on the bacon though. I put about 3 packets on.

I was questioning if we could just have bacon instead of Turkey....

^^^both.  I want the taste of both turkey and bacon^^^
Definately not in same realm of taste, but there is nothing like TJ's Hero's in Patchouge where I get turkey with bacon, some mayo on fresh baked hero bread. Now, if I get those hero rolls and some leftover Thanksgiving turkey wrapped in bacon, it would be a small slice of Heaven as I watch old reruns of MST3K.

NO! TJ's is in mastic beach right by ninos. And if youre not ordering the godfather or the stealth youre doing it wrong.

The "hot" in hot fudge means just melted enough so that it pours like a liquid . . . not heated to steaming.
