I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use sleight of hand in case I ever run into situations like that. I don't even know what the other tier-two perks are because sleight of hand is the first thing I buy after prestiging, and it NEVER NEVER NEVER changes for that entire prestige.
But, you jacked them up. |

To further my SOH point (and because I finally figured out the reason my theater mode wasn't working), two games from last night in which SOH allowed me to keep on trucking.
