Arrrgggghhhhh

All ready to close on new house (farm) and now we can't till seller fixes water lines. Sellers agent did not turn off the water leads after inspection to all the yard outlets, one of the outlets froze from ground up and split pipe. Now no water pressure from well to house as it all vents to the split.

Being a farm there are 6 outlets across the fields, on our 5 day walkabout it appears only the one is split, but by Nebraska law cannot close till water works in house and ground is too frozen for repairs for they got to dig up along all lines to ensure no breaks.

Pump is in well, so it vents out the outlets before it can direct to house, and some idiot did not install a cut off valve at well to field outlet lines. So now no clue when we will be movin.
