My apologies if this is asked a 1,000 times but im new to tippmann's and paintball: Is there any performance differences between having your tank under your gun grip rather than on your back with an air cord running to your marker? At my local airball place i dont see anyone having it on there back (then again i dont see many tippmanns there either). Any shared knowledge on the subject would be appreciated |

What yiou are referring to is a remote line. I have seen instances where air starvation has occurred with the use of remote lines, but many times it is simply due to not setting it up correctly. When I first started, I used one, but shortly got annoyed with it getting tangled in bushes and not having the ability to switch hands quickly. Others swear by em. Unfortunately, one of those things that you will simply have to find out for yourself.

I always use Remote lines. I hate having the Tank on the gun, tipping the balance of my Marker. I play woodsball with Military themed Markers so the tanks also get on the way of my Stocks.
This you will find out as you play and develop who you are as a player. Welcome to the Forum, Paintball and Team Tippmann. |
