does anyone know any magazines that I can get a subscription to (I am a UK resident) that is purely about serious paintballing. A link would be nice. it has to be a physical copy that comes weekly/monthly, not one of them free online ones.

Action Persuit Games, I am not sure if Paintball Extremes is still being published. But I do know that APC is.
