Gentlemen,
I have procured probably the most awesome looking 98C I have laid eyes upon. The previous owner built this beast, and I've copied his word for word description/run down of the marker below (written in the words of the previous owner): Markus TinMan 98 Custom tournament marker Green powder coat finish APE Rampage board RufusDawg clear centerfeed feedneck Fang trigger Custom made tournament trigger guard CP V2 regulator (front), and CP Gas thru grip as low pressure chamber.(rear) CP rail and on/off Low pressure valve modded for flow by me Dye Ultralight 2 piece 12" barrel Zerokick hammer Stainless steel screw kit Dye grips Aluminum cocking knob (by me) Aluminum removable safety attached to barrel cover. (by me) (In tournament use you won't accidently put the safety on when switching hands) Explanation: The regulator is linked to the gas thru grip which acts as a low pressure chamber. The valve uses the 98 LPK valve that has been opened for more flow. With the Zerokick hammer and a stock 98 drive spring, the gun runs at under 300 PSI and has virtually no recoil. All parts aside from the reg mount can be bought anywhere, so repairs if ever required would be easy. Now...for the pr0nz: Totally stoked about this marker, definitely unique. Plus I like the color green. |

Awesome, I like it. We could use more markers like this on the forum, Too bad TinMan stopped coming by. I think he got sick of the political thread crap. I saw him at LL4 this past year, but didn't get a chance to introduce myself as it was on the field.

Awesome Marker. The day I saw the pictures of this posted around, it inspired me with my project. It is so clean and I do agree with you it is probably the most awesome looking 98C I have laid eyes upon. Heres how mine came out, only mine I made a pump to change things up.

Thanks for the kind words fellas.
I asked him why he was selling it, he said he was working on a new bolt action project and needed the cash. Was definitely stoked to snatch it up, but I feel a bit unworthy of such a gat. I'll be sure to post vids when I can. Cousin, that is a pretty neat pump you got there...me likey. |

Sorry for the thread necro, but I took this out when I was on leave last summer to Camp Pendleton paintball park. Worked great the whole day and turned a lot of heads (and mowed some down as well).
