I replaced the front bolt so far. i dont know what else to do. can anyone help me?

I'm going to assume this only happens when shooting paintballs. What happens is that your 98 is shooting faster than your loader can feed.  A paintball is getting caught between the front bolt & receiver. Then when you pull back on the cocking handle the ball drops into the breach & is ready to fire. You either need to slow the rate of fire or get a faster loader.
