EDIT: I stuck a RadioShack camera tripod (16-3650) onto my A5 without the front grip on because I heard from the pbreview.com forums that camera tripods would fit into the front grip nut. I liked the idea but I also wanted to keep my front grip on so I could still carry the marker without feeling awkard. So I got a bushing and a longer screw from a hardware store and painted it along with the tripod. I'm thinking about buying a stock for it soon. So it doesn't look so short.

The stock would be for looks and also when I'm running around. I'm not gonna be stuck in one spot all day.

Looks Cool!  Even if you don’t play with the tripod on, it’s great, innovative way to display your marker!

Great Job!

I like the setup it just looks a little unstable. Maybe you should think
about getting a little bigger 1 and making the base wider. All in all, I
like it a lot. It would be perfect for a scenario, like a German on D-
day, or to support guys attacking. Another suggestion is maybe get
a bigger hopper so you can support guys w/o having to reload like
in WWII you always see the 30. cals supporting infantry.

Edit: Yeah add a stock and definately a firestorm crank.

Thats a pretty sweet setup.  That'd be super cool for senario games.  Good job, a stock would finish it off nicely.

it snot bad, but not long enought to have a tri pod, thats why you should get a stock just to add length to it

yeah a stock would be nice. also get a remote if you dont already have one. must be a great gun for scenarios, i would have opted for a bipod though.

This guy is actually my group's Support/Machine Gunner (I call him the "Cover Man", original, no? ) during those oh-so-long scenario games. I'm thinking about assigning one of the new members of our group to stick with him as an assistant gunner (ie, fills up his hopper when needed) and protection from being flanked -- Or I might even do it. Just one of the many fun things to do during a scenario game.

He doesn't have an E-Grip. He has a Response Trigger.
