Ok, I'm in the beginning stage of completely converting from woods ball to speedball. I used to only play woodsball until a friend of mine set up a new speedball field and overall it's just been a lot more fun. Anyways, what I plan on doing is selling most of my current setup (Flatline, remote, rocket cock II, and maybe my expansion chamber(not vertical adapter) I'm not sure If I need to sell that) and use that money to help pay for and E-bolt, drop forward, Nitro, reg, double trigger, and evlution II z-board. I'm raking in enough dough from lifeguarding that I'm pretty sure I'll be able to pay for all of that by the end of the summer. Anyways my main problem is whether or not I will absolutely need to by nitro. I've heard that if co2 leaks onto the ebolt's control board then it may fry unless I buy an anti-syphon. So I need yalls help....I'm not asking if nitro is better than co2, I'm asking if it is absolutely neccessary for me to buy.....because if it isnt then I would save quite a bit. Also, any more ideas on upgrade that may help would be much appreciated......thanks

ok i have had my e-grip on my A5 for quite a while now and i run on C02 with anti siphon and i have never experienced ny problems what so ever with e-grip,, so i say no to your question, u dont absolutelly have to have N2.  and just to be safe u could send yur tank away for anti siphon upgrade....it only cost about 15 bucks.....ud still be saving over 100 dollars, and thats pretty good.

Yes if you had anti-syphon and maybe a regulator co2 would work fine with your e-bolt, but if you wanted even better results you could get hpa.

Or you could sell your 98 custom and buy a new electro since your changing to speedball!
