Hey I just bought a 98c from a friend and everytime I shoot it it uncocks.Anyone know why?
TIPPMANN 98 CUSTOM
14" Progressive barrel   
32* Black gel grips
BT-16 Double trigger
Pen Spring Mod
X-core Expansion Chamber
Vertical Adapter

Is your tank full? You could possibly have a broken valve.

If its hapening when you don't have your C02 in then that's normal but if it's all gassed up then you may be missing a screw. Otherwise call Tippmann.

Air recocks your gun, so its mostly an Air problem.

Well there is two screws missing on the right side of the gun, and the air tanks work perfect on the other guns.

it looks like your friend sold you a gun without2 screws...the 2 screws are easily replacable but you should really hammer into your "friend"

those are the valve screws and you need them. i dont know if thats the problem but get them. i had the same problem and its because my ball detent was backwards. check that out
