I'm thinking about getting a ProStock (04 Vert Feed) with a Crossfire 68/4500.  Should I get a Low Pressure Tank (450 psi output) or a High Pressure Tank (800 psi output)?  Which does a ProStock operate on?

Yeah, just get a high output tank and get a secondary reg, and you're good to go.
