The most common inserts you will need will be:
.689
.687
.691
Although unless you have a closed-bolt market, get a .691 or .693 Stainless Steel (higher quality) to avoid ball breaks. There are always a few big balls and they will break in a smaller insert, so save yourself the headache and get one bigger bore insert.

With my Freak I would say the inserts I use the most is: .687, .689, and .691

You still might want to look into getting the full freak kit. I was going to get just two or three inserts but when I realized how much paint can vary I got the whole kit; which Im really glad I did. Sometimes the same brand paint will be really different from bag to bag.
