I'm co-owner of EZOfficePool.com. I'd like to start a pool for forum members to help spread the word about the site and for the fun of it.
I'd like to know how many people would be interested in joining. It will cost you nothing to join. I will have a prize for the yearly winner (Gift Certificate to CountyPaintball.com) and possibly weekly winners. I'm still trying to work that out and would only offer that if we get a large number of members. If you're interested, what type of pool would you suggest we play? There are 6 options: Straight Pick Straight Pick vs Spread Straight Pick with Confidence Straight Pick vs Spread with Confidence Perfect 20 Survivor You can check out the website to learn more about each type if you're not already familiar with them. Let me know and once I have an idea which type we should run, I'll set it up and post instructions here to join. Thanks. |

So far Straight Pick is winning. Don't like using the spreads to make it more challenging eh? I'll post here when I get it set up.

Football Pool - each week, before the games start, you pick who you think will win (or cover the spread). Whoever makes the most correct picks wins.
We also keep a running total for the whole season. Whoever has the most correct picks at the end of the year wins the big prize. Check out the website for more details: http://www.EZOfficePool.com |

I just found out about it, and straight pick looks most inviting for a beginner. So I guess thats what I'll do.

Im definitly all for this office pool..err..forum pool..
Straight Pick!...the spread confuses me.... I got all but 2 play off games right 2 years ago...I love pickin NFL games. Edit: let us know when you get everything set up so we can start to join. Edited by matt06 |

^ Spreads are not that Hard... You get Three Teams... Team "A" Team "B" Team "C" Your Spread is that they all have to win... But some teams have to win by a Certin amoun of points... Ex: Team "A" Has to Beat Team "X" By 12 points... if they Tie/looser then you loose the Spread (HAHA!) if Team "A" Beats Team "X" by 13 points then you win with that Team... Both Team "B" and Team "C" Have to win/lose by how much the cover is... If you win all 3 then you get a big Jackpot... (Belive me)

I'll create a group that will probably be called "Paintballers" or something like that. Once I do, I'll post the password here so people can join.
