Now I recently have had alot of trouble selling my Dragun TES w/ VL revolution until I saw this, I'm only 15 so i dont know much about all this but i think i'm being scammed, anyone know what this guy is talking about?(this guy is from scotland supposedly)

Thanks for the mail and understanding, the price is okay by me.i am making an offer for $300 the extra $ is for your inconvenience you don't have to bother about the shippment of
the gun. i have a shiping firm that would be coming for the pick up as soon as the deal goes through. in respect of payment,i'll need you to provide me with the following
details:
1, Your Name 2,Your Address:
3,Your Telephone number home, cell and office:
Once these details are provided, i'll forward it to my associate in States that owes me $5,000 to issue a cheque in your name. once it clears, deduct cost of the gun and the excess to be remitted to the shippers thru Western Union Money Transfer.I'll like to know if you have Western Union Outletsin
your area?
NB: Sorry if i may ask is this your personal property? cos' i dont want to involve myself with stolen properties for sale.
I hope to finalize this deal with you as soon as possible.
Regards
John

Note the parts underlined dont make any sense to me

^^Yeah, make him pay first. My friend bought a game off E-Bay and got scammed. Luckily it was a reacurring deal and he got his money back plus some. You should be fine otherwise.

It seems like a scam, so be wary. But if he pays you in cash first i dont see how you could go wrong. Good luck!

Be careful. This sounds like one of those scams I have heard about. If he sends you an overseas bank draft and you cash it. You are liable for the entire amount of the draft. I have seen these before. Do a search on this sight for scam and also do a search on pbnation for scams.

Do not trust any type of arrangement like this.

Paypal or postal money order are the best ways to go.

its confusing. first, it appears that he is going to pay you $300 more than your asking price, that seems like a good deal. but whats with him saying that his associate will give you a check and pick it up... then asking about a western union $ transfer?

if he does infact pay with a check, make sure it clears before handing over the gun.

include the full address again with the full name, and
cell phone number if available.. I will be counrting
on you to get back to me asap.
