ive recently bought an a5 with r/t took it to the field and got some ppl asking moaning questions like (is that fully auto, thats too quick etc) what is there problem. these guys have all the upgrades on there electronic guns but cannot match the pace of the a/5 is that there problem that thay have spent loads of cash to get it upto 15 bps and i haven't? since then ive polished my internals and get a much better rof, what do you guys think i should do tomorrow when i get the looks again. and also what rof should i go for?

the reason they said that is because rt is usually not allowed. it technically is full auto. and yes, their high end expensive guns can "match the pace of the a-5" easily

Actually, it's technically semi-auto. You still pull the trigger each time to shoot, but you don't complete the motion.

I'd say, do some really good trigger mods to make it really light. That or don't worry about it. The ones who will rag on you aren't worth listening to. They're the same people who will buy something solely because a pro player uses it.

There's something about a full auto Tippmann that just sounds awsome.  I think that they sound faster than they really are. I couldn't even set off the bps reading on a chrono with my 98c rt.

Then there's the guns that quietly roast out 20-25 bps per second in the right hands.

Polished internals don't give you faster ROF.

Coming in May 2005!

You can adjust the ROF on your RT. Tone it down a little and let them fire it. Once it is at an acceptable level you should be fine.

thanks ppl some good comments, played today 15 teams of five starting in different areas all teams had one flag 1 point for keeping your own and 3 points for getting someone else's flag 8 games later and our team won again for the second month in a row.

had a good laugh not much complaint about rof and we took out all the top guns, just wait till next month when we all have flatlines uuuuummmmmm fun.

ps the A5 IS better than some off these top end guns.

A5 rules!!!!!!!!!
