what gun should i get? |

well if you can suck out a couple more dollars from your parents or get a part time job for about a week you can get a nice b2k4 with pds or you can always get a nice custom automag or outkast

sell your 98 custom and get a rat jr for 550 or a nasty for 525 and depending on what u can get for ur 98 custom get a crossfire 47/3000 steel tank and a revvy or evo 2 if u have enough money left

if you already have a tank and hopper you can get a used ebladed cocker for about 450 leaving you with 50 sell your 98 and then get 65 4500 tank thats assuming you get 100 for your 98 and have a hopper if no hopper then go for a used smaller nitro tank and an evo 2 or halo dont get a revy they are not good especially on an impulse your gun would be way to big and the revy is not force fed so its not really worth the money imo

There's nothing wrong with using your 98 in your first tourny, so don't be in a big rush to go out and buy something else. It's easier to buy a new gun than it is to buy skill, and in most cases, it isn't the gun that holds a player back, just his ability to put it to good use. If you find you like playing tournys, and plan to play in them regularly, then it is time to upgrade to a better gun. In the meantime, use your 98 and save your money for something really nice, by the time you can afford it, you should have enough skill to use it properly. |

even if u wana throw an ebolt in ur 98 ull have some extra fire power, i think the 98 is one of the most comfurtable guns out there, and dont forget this, it only takes one shot to get some one out |

ah skeet. get the ANS GX3. its like 280$ + 75 for a hopper + 190ish or lower for a tank + 75 for a drop, on/off , and macro lining. should be about 640 something like that.

I am SO SICK of people saying "it only takes one shot to get someone out" and "it's not the gun, it's the player". Does the skill of the player make up about 80% of his success? Yes. But if you gave Infamous slingshots, they wouldn't beat Dynasty. And in tournaments, it takes more than one well placed shot to get someone out 99% of the time. If you could consistantly shoot one shot at someone in airball and get them out, everyone in the NPPL and PSP would shoot a pump. Plus, getting people out is not the only thing your gun is used for. Pinning people down, laning, covering... it all matters. You need to have a fast, reliable gun in tourney play. |

^^^ You said it yourself, 80% is the player. We're talking about a first time tourny here, not a game between Dynasty and Infamous. If he's had his 98 for a long time, he's better off playing with something he is used to. |
