You have to be rally hungry, or have had really bad luck fishing during the camping trip to go for the chicken and rice(colored with annato so it isn't gray). The chili and macaroni isn't too bad though.

you know, we were force fed some american rations once....almost everyone threw up....they are the nastiest piece of kit you yanks ever invented....want some realfood....have some canadian IMP's....deeeeeeelicious(as delicious as rations get i guess)

and if your going to get heating pads....buy the canadian ones, the american ones wit the tampon inside sucks bags....it doesn't get warm forever!

that's my 2 cents from experience!
