Ok heres my problem i have a simmons red dot 30mm sight that dosent quite clear the hopper on my A-5 can anyone give me any tips on shaving the hopper down to fit the scope?

maybe a raised sight rail would work? try countypaintball.com

What you need is an offset sight rail, which are available from most larger paintball retailers. You can modify the hopper, but it isn't easy to do, and it lowers the capacity somewhat. I saw a thread on this mod at the A5OG forum.

u can buy a A-5 hopper that is completly flat on the one side...i forget where tho...just search websites

Yeah the 250 Round hopper is sold at Opsgear and its flat on one side so you can mount a sight.

I'd suggest an offset siterail as well.

you could melt the outside of your hopper in with a lighter

thats what alot of people do

ok the hopper fits and the scope fits   the problem is twisting the hopper to unlock it while the scope is on
