It means that your loader is either jamming or it is low on battery. What type of paint are you using? What color? (Yes, it matters... the Halo has an Eye to read paint) When was the last time you switched batteries? |

It means that your loader is jammed. I've had that problem
before and couldent figure it out till I called HALO's company. |

 well im not using like dark paint or anything but its brand new along with the batteries i just put in it...

Well, put only 10 balls in it and it should be fine. WHen you over fill it it Jams. Now I know it holds more than 10 balls, but when you put in 10 you will see it works fine. |
