Im getting a Tippmann 98 custom and im wondering if i should get an expansion chamber and what does it do mostly. then im getting a 14" barrel and a 32degree drop forward so should i get the expansion chamber?

if your sticking with co2, an expansion chamber will help out alot. it expands co2 before entering the gun, so you will get more consistency from shot to shot. i would recomend a dop expansion chamber |

Leave it stock play with it for a while see whay YOU want to inprove.
You not going to have any freeze ups with a 98c with out an RT/E-bolt
so you don't really need one but they do help. An expansion chamber is
exactly that the co2 goes thru it expands (Co2 in the tank is a mixture
of liquid and gas co2 when it leaves the tank it starts to expand)
X=chambers helps with velocity spikes and if your shooting pretty fast
makes the chance of freeze ups less. From what i hear the X-core is the
best. A good 14'' barrel is the lapco big shot. Buy at
www.countypaintball.com 32degrees barrels suck. Also with the
drop make sure you like that lenght before you buy.
