It works ok if you have a lot of people, and they all like the idea of having a medic. You need a bunch of people though, or it just sucks. The way we used to do it was have a player with a coat that had a red cross on it on each team. Take him out, then his team and you win. I liked being the medic, but most people I play with don't.

It works well in large games and scenarios. Usually the medic has stips of sloth that they rap around the injured part of a player/gun. I haven't tried it yet, but it might be worth it.

You can make just about any scenario you want with a medic. We've played where a medic has limited heals (like using strips of cloth/paper)...when those run out, he can't heal anyone else. Or the medic has unlimited...whatever you want. We've typically played that head-shots are an automatic kill, no healing possible. Also, we've played that a medic can heal himself, so shots don't count for him...except for head-shots; for those the medic is out as well. Just mess around with possible scenarios. But as already mentioned, it's usually a big game type of thing. |

We play with medics like they have to wipe off the paint with a cloth, provided the shot isn't in the upper chest, neck, or head area. If it hits any of those spots, the person is automatically out. It usually works good, but you should still have someone moderate the game to make sure no one cheats. To win you have to get the entire other team out, including the medic. It actually is pretty fun, we all enjoy it
