Hey, I am sure you guys/galls get this alot but. I am going to start getting into paintballing. I a 16 year old male. Basicly I want to knew everything that I need to get started. Like perhaps a list of equipment that I need, and some advice about what gun to get. I am looking for a good gun, but perhaps under $150. Thank you for all of your help. Bryant |

welcome to the forums. First of all I'm guessing that you don't
have a mask or C02? because if not then maybe the walmart model
98 power pack would be the way to go. But if you already have the
other equipment than I would get the Pro-Carbine, it sturdy,
reliable, and is 100 percent cool. Also first piece of advise
when you play dont be afraid to move upwards because that will enhance
your paintball experience. But dont just run up there like an
idiot just look for opertune (sp) moments. Play hard, Play safe,
Play PAINTBALL!

Look into a Tippmann Pro/Carbine. There awsome
guns right out of the box and are quiet possibly the most
durable/reliable markers out there. They dont need any upgrades to work great and with simply a barrel they are awsome.
You can get a decent setup for around $190 from www.countypaintball.com I actualy sold a hopped up 98c (MANY upgrades) to keep my at the time bone stock Pro/Carbine. |

i was just like you. i didnt want to spend more then $100 on a gun at first. But when i started to play a lot, then i felt like i needed a faster gun, a more expensive one. So i upgraded. But then a few months later i felt like a needed a even better gun, so i went out and bought one. This is a very expensive sport, and addictive one too. Me and my friends all went through stages like this, and it made us all broke, but it was all worth it. I am just preparing you for what may come. If i had a chance to start over again, i would probibly do everything the same. I believe that the moral is when your paintball game starts advancing, your equipment will follow.( if your budget permits) all in all, i think that a custom 98 or a spyder would be great beginner guns, and go out there and just have fun!!! |

I would go for the 98c power pack. Its like everyone else's gun but for under 150$ its the best deal. You can also put upgrades into it later if you can. Good luck in the worldwide sport of Paintball.

well tippmanns arent top of line at all really i would get the spyder since it offers all the qualitys of a tippmann but with more speed, milling, and its more of a versitile marker you can play woodsball with it one day and speedball with it another and be equally comfortale doing both but its up to you p.s get the imagine |
