OK here is the deal. I mostly play on the weekends and i am looking to get a procarbine. Will i be diapointed in it, or should i go with the 98c. As for upgrades I really was only going to get a barrel, a regulator, and possibly a remote line. I was also wondering becaus ei saw it on another thred that a-5 threaded barrels can fit on the procarbine. I would like your thoughts and your oppinions please. Some other things that could make my possible carbine unique. Thanks Also Could you make recomendations for a barrel, reg, remoteline and a good co2 bottle size Edited by SportsJunky2004 |

The Pro/Carbine is a pretty Good gun for Casual play, Since your not going to go over board on upgrades I wouldn't think it would work great for you. Yea the P/C uses A5 Threads BUT you cannot attach a Flatline to the P/C. Yea there is a Thread in Upgrades & Customizing where You can put a Response Trigger systen in the Pro/Carbine. |

The Pro/Carbine is an awsome gun and is contrary to belive well rounded
for both speed ball and woods. It is super durable and reliable
and will never let you down. I have owned both a 98c fully done
up and a basic Carbine. I recently sold the 98c as i found the
Carbine to equal its performance with alot less $$$. The
Pro/carbine just seems to be built with better quality and is just an
outstanding performer.
As seen in my sig mine is not all that upgraded just a simple J&J Ceramic 14", a drop forward, lightened trigger pull, and a scope i use for woods (not for sighting but rather used more like benoculars i aim down the side of the gun and shoot by were the first ball flys). Later i plan to get a 12v revy and a SMALL 48ci 3000psi nitro tank and it will be DONE. I have never met anybody with a Pro/Carbine that was not satisfied with there guns. I highly dout youll be disapointed good luck and have fun. -Good barrel The J&J Ceramic 14" has been awsome for me so far. -Good sized tank 16oz or 20oz get it with a ON/OFF you wont regret it saves MANY orings. - Reg id rather just get HPA (Nitro) tank as it will get you the same results with out needing the vertical adapter to put a Reg on your gun but if you are set on a reg the Palmers Stabilzers one of the best. Well if you like them a mid sized Drop forward baleces the marker out
great i got a Shocktech Stubby on mine. I also like haveing the
scop on the gun as it helps me identify friend or enemy from a
distance. Idont use it for aiming though i gues its like carrying
benoculers but i mounted it to the gun so it one less thing to carry
. I had to mill the rear sight thing to mount the scope though. Also i HIGHLY recommend getting a lighter trigger spring you can find something to wrok at any hardware store. The one i used came from a Passenger Door handel on a School bus (I a mechanic for a school bus company) LOLOLOLOL but it works great. |

Id just buy it pure stock and play in a few Games then Think about what you really need and what you really dont need. Some times Hype can over-whelm you and you will buy a product and find out it doesn't do anything. (LPK for instance) |
