Do you guys think I should get the 98c with a flatline barrel and maybe the RT or the a5 with cyclone? What are the pros and cons of each? what role should i take with each gun? (covering fire, etc.) what is each gun like? (weight, accuracy, etc.) thanks!!!

Get tht one you feel most comfortable with. then go out and play
find the position you like best and practices at it. Upgrade the
gun to your playing style not you style to the gun.
I personally find the Pro/Carbine to be well suited to me as it is basicly just a well rounded marker with AMAZING durability / reliability. It also performes and is just as fast as a stock 98c (I have owned both). |

There is loads of stuff about the flatline out there... Under Upgrades and customizing there is a post about Flatlines called Flatline Answers, read it. Pretty much everything in that top[ic is really good info and opinion! As for my opinion I am divided. I have a 98 custom and an A-5, My 98 custom is all stock. My A-5 is customized. I have a flatline on my A-5 and It combines the speed of the cyclone feed and the accuracy of the Flatline. Look at the prices 98 custom $169 Flatline $149 Total $318
A-5 $270 Flatline $149 Total $419
But you can get every thing up there for less I went with the A-5 because I had the money and I love the feed system with a flatline! If you factor in an auto feed hopper to the price of the 98 custom with flatline it goes up by a considerable ammount so its personal preference |
