Okay so heres my A-5 setup:

Flatline
Lapco Foregrip
Dead On X-Core
Dead On Double Trigger Kit
Pyshcoballistics Bullet Drop Forward w/ UFA

Im going to stick with CO2 since I play woodsball... I want to get a r/t or E-grip but am not sure. Im worried that my ROF with fully automatic will make my gun freeze up. Also what do you do to switch firing modes on the egrip.

go with the rt, I'v never had any problems with CO2 and it.  Mechanical is the best, electro sux.

i went full-auto with my RT for a while, using CO2, no problems with freezing. The egrip is more expensive/different fire modes, but IMO the RTs more reliable.

well since you said you want to stick with CO2, I'm not going to tell you all the benifets of HPA and how much better it is then CO2 and that you should get an HPA tank. So, the E-Grip is....well, the E-Grip. It isn't all that great, but its definately the best fire power upgrade you can get for your A-5. People that think that "OH MAN ITS ELECTRONIC YOU CAN'T RELY ON THAT" are just dumb and can't take care of things. Sure the E-Grip has its problems but they're very easily fixed. The reason I don't like mine is because it is capped at 15 bps., and I can easily pull faster than that, so its limiting me a lot. Oh by the way, to change firing modes on the E-Grip, you use a screw driver that comes with it and theres a switch below the trigger guard. Read the E-Grip manual or the E-Grip page on the site for more info. The R/T isn't a bad upgrade either, its a cheaper way to shoot a little faster,  but you get a lot more consistancy in speed with the e-grip, and the trigger pull is much lighter, AND you can mod your trigger to make an extremely light and short pull (on the E-Grip that is).

So, final recommendation=E-Grip, but I'm not sure your double trigger will work on the E-Grip...maybe, I remember a lot of people having problems with double triggers that weren't GTA, so I dunno...
