on my modle 98, the grip screw is striped!!!! therefor i cannot
take apart my gun.......!!!!!!........is there another way to get this screw off so i can take apart my gun....please help me ASAP. |

yeah, take a Easy Out Kit made by Craftsman (20 bux, i payed 10 on sale ;), works for me, when my head of the screws strip. or if you can get a dremmel in there, dremmel it so u can make it a flat head screw driver or if you can try to fit a allen wrench in there (test some that might fit), try to unscrew it with that. if the threads are stripped then ur screwed Edited by cockerkilla99 |

Get a drill bit just under the size of the threaded part of the screw (go to the hardware store with a screw you have removed , for a size comparison ) and drill the stuck screw out from the Head end , but drill just beyond the head , this will weaken the bolt enough you can disassemble your marker , and use pliers to remove the rest of the screw (you basically will be drilling the head off the screw ). Hope this helps
