It's the regulator on the tank that makes it good or bad. Tanks are [pretty much all the same. (Except for steel and carbon fiber)

What regulator are you planning on getting?

BTW, a 114ci is a pretty big tank in case you didn't know.

So are you playing paintball or SCUBA diving? 114ci is HUGE! You really should consider a smaller tank such as a 68, 70 or maybe an 88.

Carleton tanks are good, Luxfers are better. But seriously, what makes or breaks a tank is its reg. Better get a good reg on there or it will be pretty worthless.

After consulting my SCUBA diving brother, and some simple calculations, I have figured out that you could stay underwater for approx 42 seconds using a 114/3000 tank. (Since SCUBA tanks are 3000, I had to use that)

So maybe he WAS going SCUBA diving, what's the big deal?
