98 Custom w/ Freak Barrel Kit, Palmer Male Stabalizer, LPK, Ebolt, GTA Double Trigger or B2k4 w/ PDS, Freak Barrel Kit Both used with HPA and an Empire Reloader |

theres a difference between a BKO and a B2K4 w/ pds. I would say choice 2, and yes the reg. is good enough to bring it down to operating pressure.
